Adapting to CRM.- Assistanting students in the admission process and fees collection.
- Cold calling from the given database or leads generation and process the nuturing caller.
- Talk with the prospect / leads on the phone / dailer so as to convert the leads.
- Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries. Counsel students for their UG/PG etc.
- WhatsApp sales communication.
- Reach weekly and monthly targets.
- Proper follow up and documentation.
- Should be undergrad in any field.
- Should have good command in English both verbal and written.
- Any regional language is a plus. ( Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malyalam, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi)
- Basic knowledge about the sales process.
