JOB SCOPE:

Under the guidance of the Head of Institute and in co-ordination with Sales Team and within the limits of established Company policies advise and monitor the clients for achieving the desired object.

PFB the JD of an Academic Counsellor:

To promote the institute and its courses & ensure proper handling of walk-ins, counselling prospective students and Converting enquiries to registrations
Tieup with local Colleges, Schools, Tuition houses
To provide relevant information to clients or refer them to appropriate departments within the centre
To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to clients who have specifically requested for a particular service.
To attend all staff meetings as and when directed by the Center Head and to attend Trainings as and when nominated by the Corporate Office / Centre Head.
To perform outdoor duties whenever Company organizes event beyond the center premises.

Experience:
Minimum 6 months

Communication Skills:
Good English, Hindi and Local Language

Location:
Chennai (Adyar), Kolkata (VIP Road)

Package: 20K IN HAND

Week Off:
Sunday (Last Sunday of the month will be working but the person will get comp off next month)

Salary:
₹20,000.00 per month
