Description
Administration in charge- Assigning work to reporting admin staff (specific staff only)
- Coordinating with vendors, purchase department and accounts department regarding purchases, procurements, payments etc
- Taking necessary approvals for requirements from Executive Director/ President or Principal
- Overlooking/Monitoring maintenance and housekeeping department and checking records of the same at regular intervals
- Managing school events and necessary arrangements.
- Taking necessary permission for conduct of events in school from Police department, Traffic control department, Fire Service department etc
- Facilitate trainings when required (under principal maam's guidance)
- Help create admin sops and manage them in all departments
- To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene as per SOP guidelines set.
