Responsibilities :

• Provide L3-level support for routing and switching technologies.
• Handle SDWAN implementations and troubleshooting at the l2 level.
• Work in network operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotations to provide continuous support.
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to resolve complex network issues.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices in network management.

• Primary skill set - routing and switching (must have L3 level of experience) and SDWAN (must have l2 level of experience).
• Total years - 6+ years experience.
• Relevant - 4+ years(must be supporting into L3 level and need to be into network operations).
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies at l3 level.
• Proficiency in sdwan implementations and troubleshooting at the l2 level.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including Tcp/ip, Bgp, Ospf, Vlans, etc.
• Experience working in a network operations center (NOC) environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is preferred.
