We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Professional to join our team.

The Bid Professional will play a crucial role, working with the Sales & Solutions Teams to secure new business by guiding the opportunities through the Win Business Process.

Key responsibilities

Bid Guidance: Act as a point of contact and provide guidance to selfmanaged bids on how to navigate the Win Business process.
Proposal Support: Help gather information for RFI/RFP responses. Compile basic questions from the RICK portal. Provide advice to selfmanaged bids on where to get information.
Governance: Set up governance calls and ensure appropriate documentation is available for the calls.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of bid content and ensure documents are loaded into portals as defined by Win Business process.
Risk Assessment: Support the Identification and mitigation of potential risks associated with the bids and ensure that risks owners have captured these in the risk register.
Compliance: Confirm that all stakeholders have signed off the bid and ensure all bids follow the Win Business Process and comply with internal company policies.

Key Skills and Qualification

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English language, additional languages would be favourable
Strong project management and organizational abilities
High standard of selfmanagement
Works well under pressure.
Flexible working approach
Analytics mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software/tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
Adaptability and the capacity to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
