Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role located in Noida for House Of Albero LLP.

The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring that team members are meeting goals, staying on task, and maintaining productivity.

The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, handling any conflicts that arise, and providing support and mentorship to team members as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and maintaining team goals and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory experience

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
