As an <\/span>Analyst II<\/b>, you will support data collection, analysis, and reporting to help drive data -informed decisions across Taylor & Company. This entry -level role is ideal for recent graduates or early -career professionals looking to build a foundation in business and data analysis.

You'll work closely with senior analysts and managers to gather and analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights that support business objectives.

Collect and organize data from internal systems and external sources

Assist in preparing regular and ad -hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations

Perform basic data analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Word, and possibly Tableau, Power BI, or SQL (a plus)
