Position Overview:

As an SEO Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team in implementing and optimizing strategies to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and overall online presence.

This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop your skills in the field of SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research:

Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.

On-Page Optimization:

Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize web pages for targeted keywords, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content optimization.

Content Creation:
Assist in creating and optimizing high-quality, keyword-rich content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.

Link Building:
Support the SEO team in implementing link building strategies to enhance website authority and improve search engine rankings.

Technical

SEO:

Help identify and resolve technical issues that may impact website performance, such as broken links, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.

SEO Analytics:

Assist in monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement and track progress.

Competitive Analysis:
Conduct research and analysis on competitors' websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and benchmark against industry standards.

Reporting:
Assist in preparing regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
