Description
Experience in handling Turkey Interior Projects including Electrical and HVAC.- Must have knowledge of Interior works and finishing works like carpenter, False ceiling and Civil work.
- Understand drawing from architects & explaining them to contractors.
- Should have capability to handle skilled /unskilled labours at site.
- Daily/ weekly site report submission.
- Material purchase from local market if required.
- Material ordering.
- Site Billing & Labour Billing.
- Daily site coordination, end to end handling
- Quality checks
- Joint Measurements
- Coordinating for material handling
- Handling building society related permissions, and onsite discipline
- Handling receipt of goods / coordination for loading / unloading
- Helping with local material procurement
- Regularly site meetings, preparing minutes, and followups
- Should be able to read AutoCAD Drawings
- Should know computers
- MS office, Google Docs.

From ₹12,000.00 per month
