Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation components.Payroll processing to be completed for the employees via Keka.
Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of payroll and accounting activities.
Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders regarding payroll and accounting matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with IT companies.
Proven experience in accounting and payroll processing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
