    About the Job and Company:

    This job is looking for a Data Analyst with extensive experience in data analysis within an enterprise Data Governance initiative. The company is seeking a professional to join their team and contribute to their success.

    Job Description:

    • Over 4 years of experience in data analysis and specifically as a data analyst in a comprehensive Data Governance project
    • More than 2 years of experience in implementing Business Glossaries, Collibra Data Catalog, Collibra Workflow, and Collibra Metamodel
    • Proficient in requirements gathering, technical documentation creation, solution demonstration, and User Acceptance Testing
    • Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to address business and technical issues
    • Expertise in establishing, developing, and executing policies, standards, operating models, and playbooks
    • Capable of asking probing questions, exploring data, and drawing new insights based on the analysis
    • Shows strong troubleshooting and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple Agile Stories
    • Possesses domain knowledge of data lifecycle management in the banking or financial services sector
    • Familiarity with Reference Data and Master Data Management
    • Competent in ETL tools, Data Quality tools, Metadata tools, Databases, and file systems
    • Understanding of AWS Services for Data Lake like Redshift, Glue, Athena, EMP, and others
    • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
    • Curious by nature and keen to learn new technical skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Offshore resources
    • Holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields

    Software Skills:

    • Proficiency in Data Governance Tools such as Collibra, Informatica, IGC, Talend
    • Knowledge of ANSI SQL
    • Experience in Java/Groovy Scripting, Shell Scripting, and Python 3
    • Familiarity with Cloud technologies, especially AWS, is advantageous
    • Familiarity with databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and Redshift
    • Exposure to BI Tools like Business Object and Tableau
