    Student Recruitment Coordinator to _join our India team in _Delhi_, (Hybrid) _
    on a fulltimebasis_._


The Student Recruitment Coordinator will facilitate the admissions function for Navitas C&I, working for SAE and ACAP colleges, as well as the broader Admissions and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

_

  • Management and monitoring of the college pipeline alongside the inmarket sales staff.
  • Calling on leads generated from event participation
  • Inperson and virtual.
  • Talking to stakeholders and keeping them updated on programs and options.
  • Maintain Biweekly records of activities and published reports.
  • Agents, students, and regional teams are always updated and kept abreast of developments.
  • Sustainable and productive working relationships are developed with regional teams, colleges, and agents.
  • Individual and team targets are achieved.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

_

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in a processdriven customerfocused environment, and ability to manage own work under pressure and timelines

  • Strong written and verbal English, Computer literacy along with Outlook, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, cando mentality, resilient, respectful of other cultures, and a conviction towards best customer service.

Desirable Skills:

_

  • Understanding of the Higher Education Industry and knowledge of university and/or pathway admissions criteria.
  • CRM knowledge, knowledge of languages other than English and Mother tongue.
