Meet with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.

Venue Selection: Research and present venue options that fit the couple's requirements. Coordinate site visits and negotiate contracts with selected venues.

Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, and decorators. Negotiate contracts, manage payments, and ensure vendors are aligned with the couple's vision.

Budget Management: Develop a budget based on the couple's preferences and manage expenses to ensure everything stays within the allocated budget.

Event Design and Styling: Assist in creating the overall aesthetic and theme of the wedding, including decor, color schemes, and design elements.

Timeline and Schedule: Create a detailed timeline for the wedding day, including the schedule for vendors, bridal party, and other key participants.

Logistics Planning: Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logístical details for the couple and their guests.

Legalities and Permits: Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained, and that the wedding complies with local regulations.
