Evaluating, negotiating and vetting of various AMC and contracts with the consultants.
Drafting of replies with respect to cases from the SFIO.
Drafting of various notices in response to various departments like ROC, RBI, Revenue Department etc.
Drafting of various policies in the Company, like Related Party Transactions, Remuneration Policy etc.
Implementation of Compliance Tool and PIT (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Tool
Liaison with AD banks and nodal officers w.r.t the ODI Regulation.
Assisting in conduct of Legal Due Diligence of the Company,
Carrying out series of transactions in the Company involving ODI, FDI, Buy-Back of shares and

dividend pay-out-Restructuring of the Company.

Conducting Board Meetings and other Committee Meetings.
Compliances of SEBI Takeover code and Insider Trading Regulation.
Drafting of Replies to RBI, ROC and other Regulatory Bodies.
Coordinating with external counsels for litigations and RBI, MCA, ROC, NCLT, CDSL and

other external agencies.

RBI/FEMA Compliances related to issues of shares to Private Equity Funds, Joint Venture Partners on Private Placement/Preferential Allotments Basis,
