We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer
Support. As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to
our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. In this role, you will
have the opportunity to actively engage with our clients, address their inquiries, and resolve
any issues they may encounter. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure optimal customer experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and generate additional revenue
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using customer support software and technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
