Clinical Coordination & Floor Management


  • Floor coordination for various aspects of clinical and patient related concerns, which entails
  • Coordination of floor activities as and when facilitation is required.
  • Facilitating expedition of discharge process through liaising with the resident doctors
and consultants.

  • Addressing patient grievances and facilitate resolving them.
  • Liaising with resident doctors for any other medical formalities or issues arising during
the discharge process.

  • Supporting PE staff for medical documents/paperwork.
  • Conducting weekly open medical record audits.
  • Liaising and follow up with Department directors for their AOP.Medical Admin

DAILY ACTIVITITES

  • Coordination of floor activities - expediting discharges, resolving patient grievances related
to medical services through coordination with concerned clinical team.


  • Monitoring ALOS
  • Clinical Updates
  • Medical Record Audits, along with discussion and follow up with concerned clinical teams
regarding audit findings.


  • OPD Rounds - Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pulmonary Medicine, Sports Medicine &
Rehab, Dietetics


  • Evaluation of Dietetics TAT

₹1,400, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
