Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide for request received from reservation centre and the passengers.

Liaising with suppliers and hotels for request of rooms as per customers requirement.
Knowledge rules of hotels (room occupancy, child policies, concept of board basis (i.e. bed breakfast/half board/full board etc).
Creating vouchers on confirming with the suppliers and the customers.

Build relationships with suppliers and Liaising and negotiating rates with suppliers for hotel products.

Should have the experience of handling Sales Leads, should have worked over the phones and target oriented.
Sales support of hotel for B2B and retail customers.
Requested rooms searching different bed banks ,our in house system and getting cheaper prices for up sell bookings or ha cards for all customers(office ,B2B and B2C).
Quality checking on each booking confirmed with the suppliers.
Minimum 24Years of experience in backend hotels Fulfilment division.
Good working knowledge of hotel terminology etc.
Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills.
Willingness to work under UK timing.

Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
