Description

Good analysis skills with a better understanding of the requirements of jobs.

• Purchase and Procurement of Material.
• Processing of Material Indents, Coordination with the Design & costing team, material inquiry to suppliers, taking quotations & negotiations, making purchase orders, and material followups.
• To follow up with suppliers for Certificates as required customer's requirements like TestCertificates (tc).
• Follow up with all Suppliers for timely delivery dates, Per-Forma Invoice (in Cash of Advance or COD).
• Responsible to source, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors.
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
• Review the quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) into company internal databases ( Purchase software & Excel).
• Maintain records of all purchased products.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure proper storage of material.
• Good knowledge of products like Ms /ss plate, ms/ss pipe, ms/ss rod, ms angle channel ( grade knowledge), consumables ( grinding wheels/ co2 wire/ Mig wire/ nut bolts/ electrode/ fluxcored wire ), industrial paints, industrial machinery items knowledge and daily required products.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures of the industry.
• Manufacturing company purchaserelated experience is a must
