Opportunity to work with a renowned Hotel for GRE

Location

  • North Goa
Working Days

  • 6 days (1 Week off Between Monday
  • Friday)
Minimum 1 year exp - Good English Communication.

Minimum Qualification HSC


Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Address customer complaints and escalate when needed.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
