JOB DISCRIPTION
Closure of Commercial terms in the agreement.
Purchase Order Approvals in accordance with agreed commercials.
Verification of Sales Invoices based on commercials and accounting in books of accounts.
Credit Notes Accounting as per agreed commercials.
Payment follow up based on business Module like - SOR/OR/MP etc.
Coordination with Portals and obtain sales reports / Ledger / Payment Advise etc.
Verification of sales report (SOR /OR/MP etc ) and ensuring accuracy of payments.
Accounting of brand funding discounts duly verifying customer discounts.
Accounting of expenses like Cash discounts / advertisement, Freight etc as per alignment.
Closure of books of accounts and ensuring that all accounting entries are completed on monthly basis.
Ledger reconciliation and closure of open items on quarterly basis and sign off.
Coordination with channels and internal teams for day today activities.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
