Fluent English to speak is compulsory- Only Night Shift
- Any Software/Technical Experience is required
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer service inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
