Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D models using Google SketchUp and other 3D modeling software.
• Generate high-quality renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Participate in site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
• Assist in the coordination with consultants, contractors, and other project team members.
• Contribute to design meetings and presentations with creative ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program or recent graduate.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Availability to participate in occasional site visits as needed.
