Alfa Laval India is looking for a dynamic Team manager for its Satara location who would be responsible to drive customer order execution within the team according to agreed plan and in line with the priorities safety, quality, delivery and cost. Coordinate between different processes and support functions.

The scope of the role includes below responsibilities :

• Secure safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products (quality, delivery, cost).
• Secure the quality, via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs .
• By own presence drive performance of the team and employees.
• Manage own cost account, P4.
• Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities.
• Control quality, deviations and line stops.
• Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level.
• Execute perform audits according to ALPS.
• Number I,II or III of the role is linked to the size of the factory decided centrally.

What you can be?

• University degree ( B.E. Mech./ Production ) or Diploma in Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years experience as a responsible for production activities/production line manager
• People Managers skills ( handling of Blue collars, Union )
• Leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office.
• Good written and spoken English.
