Description

Job Responsibilities:

To achieve overall APF targets & Primary business volumes
To regularly engage with HF Relationship Managers (RMs) to increase penetration in APF projects
Coordinating with Developers to increase Kotak Bank's HF wallet share
Market scoping & identifying potential APF projects
Relationship building with various vendors involved in legal & technical scrutiny of the projects
Ensure adherence to the Kotak Bank's processes
Conducting regular joint meetings with Developers and Zonal managers
Conduct Developer/Project specific events at the project/branch site.

In case of team, lead & guide them to achieve their targets

Job Requirement:
We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic. Relationship management experience in secured assets businesses will be desirable.

Qualifications - Graduate / MBA **(Graduation is Mandatory)
