Ensure delivery of defect free Machines dispatch tocustomers
Ensure all Quality Management Systems areworking in Manufacturing.
Ensure 100% PDI in allproduction shops.
Ensure 100% PDI in Assembly Packingand Machine Dispatch
Ensure Parts produced inhouse or atsupplier end meeting 100% drawing requirements.
Ensurequality of supplier parts by proper incoming inspection andsupplier process audit
Prepare Control Plan andinspection check sheets for all Inhouse Manufacturing Parts andensure part
inspection as per control plan.
Ensure availability of right inspection Gauges and instruments andintroduce modern techniques.
Ensure calibration ofgauges and inspection instruments as per schedule
Rootcause analysis customer complaints assign responsibilities andensure CAPA
Engage with stakeholders to resolve Qualityissues.
Aesthetics Improvement machine
