Description
1. In General AccountingKeepaccurate records for all daily transactions.
Recordaccounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preparebalance sheets.
Process sale invoices.
Reconcile bank statements.
Budgetpreparation.
Supervising internal and external auditprogramme.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriatemonitoring of company finances is
maintained.
Investigate ways to improve profitability and source offunding.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws &procedures.
Develop and implement procedures forfinancial control.
Review and implement financialpolicies.
Update internal systems with financialdata.
Develop trends and projections for the firmsfinances.
2. In Internal and ExternalReporting
Prepare financial reports as required by lawregulations or company policies
Analyse costs pricingsales results and the companys actual performance comparedto
the business plans
Report to managementand providing advice how the company and future business
decisions might be impacted.
Develop longterm businessplans based on these reports
Ensure reliability andintegrity of financial systems and reports
Correspondwith other departments discussing company plans and agreeingon
planning.
3. In Strategic FinancialPlanning
Develop strategies to minimise financialrisks
Be responsible for consolidating financialstatements
Reviewing monitoring and managing budgetsclosely with MD
4. Secretarial DataManagement.
Manage the general meetings of board ofdirectors.
Conduct the AGM to for approval of auditedfinancials.
Control the board meetings anddocuments.
Arrange the board resolution as per theorganisation requirement.
Ensure the proper reporting toROC EXPERIENCE AND OTHERREQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of minimum of 1012 yearsin Finance and Accounts
Adherence to laws and bestpractices regarding dealing with clients and data3
Comfortable dealing with numbers and theprocessing of financial information with
must havestrong knowledge of billing and financial concepts
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and billingsoftware(s)
Strong use of keyboard shortcuts
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively while beingresultsdriven and patient
Able to work bothindependently and as part of a team
High degree ofattention to detail and trustworthiness
Stronganalytical skills
Capable of making timely independentdecisions
Should be fluent in English andHindi
