We at Elets Technomedia seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and source top talent.

**Position

  • Talent Acquisition Executive****Experience
  • 1 to 3 yrs**
    Location-Noida Sec 62 (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Collaborating with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience of minimum 2 years as talent acquisition specialist or similar role, preferable from media sector.
Understanding of the niche hiring model.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job portals.
Capacity to analyze recruitment data and trends, enhancing hiring strategies for optimal results.

Based in Noida Sec 62, this role offers a learning opportunity, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
