Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules thereon.
- Maintenance and updating of statutory registers.
- Accounts and Finance related works.
- Compliance relevant to the subsidiaries and associated companies and ensuring, by the most appropriate means, that those obligations are met.
- All MCA and ROC filings both events based and periodical compliances.
- Preparing timely basis, circulating, documentation in relation to Board meeting, shareholders meetings and ensuring the smooth running of such meetings.
- Filing of Form FC-GPR, FC-TRS including downstream reporting and FLA reporting under FEMA.
- Drafting and vetting various kinds of legal documents like co-operation Agreement, Service Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Vendor Agreement, Settlement Deed and their Addendum.
- Coordinate with Advocates/Counsel on behalf of the Company in respect of Court Cases.
- Preparation of statutory accounts, including necessary coordination with statutory auditors.
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
