Responsibilities:

Within delegated authority, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Interact with clients and continuously work with them to analyze, gather, and document business requirements.
  • Continuously communicate with the technical team to enhance and improve the product
  • Develop training materials, manuals, reference documents, and perform training sessions
  • Provide short term support and assistance for the client focal points
  • Design methodology, approaches, and curricula of the training programme
  • Plan and conduct training remotely and onsite
  • Establish comprehensive test strategy, procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Create test plans and cases and test current and new functionality
  • Perform triage, investigation and resolution of issues reported by the client
  • Report and track issues
  • Assist users with acceptance testing

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of documenting business requirements and analysis
  • Extensive experience in software development and testing (including test automation tools)
  • Business process analysis and reengineering
  • User acceptance testing
  • Training and change management
  • Indepth understanding of Python, React, SQL, and graph databases is desirable
Languages

  • English
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study or equivalent level of experience or equivalent level of experience
