Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with local Product Managers to draft Business requirements, User stories and perform endtoend product testing prior to the launch
  • Work closely with Local and Regional Product, Service, Operations and Technology teams in planning and executing client migration strategy for Payments Modernization and Data localization projects
  • Support Product Managers in the managing deposits portfolio and product pricing
  • Work on commercialization decks for product launches / enhancements, product uptake and penetration tracking
  • Be proactive in supporting preparation of detailed product process notes, client facing material, FAQs, guides, setup forms, etc for new products including solutions for new economy /eCommerce clients
  • Work with Product managers to track regulatory deliverables and provide updates to control/compliance teams
  • Track business drivers & Revenues and work on presentation decks showcasing capability/roadmap/vision for Senior Mgmt
  • Responsible for monthly tracking of Product governance related parameters and reporting to Payments India Head
  • Responsible for keeping the Capability/RFP databases/Website contents current
  • Liaise with Legal team to design/modify client Agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners/stakeholders for Build & Commercialization of TS products
