    As a Sr. Application Specialist, your responsibilities include:

    - Providing on-site application training

    - Performing instrument and product validations on-site

    - Delivering technical presentations to potential customers

    - Conducting technical demonstrations and positioning of Diagnostic products

    - Troubleshooting Diagnostic instruments and assays on-site

    - Engaging in Scientific marketing activities and workshops

    - Collaborating with product management, sales, and service teams

    - Offering pre-sales and post-sales support

    - Attending tradeshows to demonstrate and promote products

    - Position located in South India, reporting to the area's Application Manager

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in science or MLT

    - 5+ years' experience as a field application specialist or 7+ years as a Medical Technologist in a hospital-based lab

    - Strong problem-solving abilities

    - Proficiency in computers and MS Office, good planning and customer relationship skills

    - Knowledge of laboratory workflow and information systems

    - Willingness to travel across South India and flexibility in working hours

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    - Previous customer-facing experience preferred

    - Ability to handle product groups independently and prioritize customer needs effectively

    - Adept at collaborating with various functions to ensure customer satisfaction
