    Role Accountabilities:

    • Actively interacts with Key Business Users to gather feedback, assess satisfaction with system integrations, and address any issues or concerns.
    • Works closely with DII Application & Extension Manager to collect requirements and prioritize data transformation projects.
    • Collaborates with DII Team to ensure efficient and smooth-running processes.
    • Assists in Oracle Application & Extension development, encompassing API Management, Apex, VBCS, Kubernetes, Containers, WebLogic, Application Extensions, Database Schema Design, Java Development, and constructing Regional Interfaces.
    • Verifies that Oracle Applications & Extensions adhere to industry best practices and Oracle guidelines, focusing on enterprise security and data privacy.
    • Handles capacity planning, technical documentation, design review, refactoring and consolidation, upgrades, and lifecycle for Oracle-based applications and extensions.
    • Establishes proactive application monitoring, alerting, and follows industry best practices to ensure availability and performance meet business requirements.
    • Coordinates release activities schedule across environments, teams, and vendors in collaboration with the release manager, identifying and resolving conflicts to minimize the risk of business disruptions.
    • Manages incident and problem response and resolution, as well as service request queues to guarantee high end-user satisfaction.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years experience in developing enterprise applications and extensions, with at least 2 years involving Oracle Cloud application services.

    Demonstrated success in planning and implementing Cloud application services within a global company operating in a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.

    Proven history of delivering service excellence, including maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and coordinating diverse teams with both internal and external resources.
