    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably IT based
    Primary skills:

    • Business Analyst, Product development, Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills.
    Requirements:
    -


    • At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the product
    development, sourcing or retail industry

    • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably IT- based
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills
    • A firm understanding of software development methodologies
    • Good organization, interpersonal skills and communication skills
    • Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must
    Responsibilities:
    -


    • Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities using
    technology

    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, guiding the
    implementation of systems

    • Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes
    • Prepare project documentation (business blueprint document, business requirements
    document, schedule, etc.), and trainings materials.

    • Work closely with external software vendors to ensure smooth software development,
    implementation and maintenance

    • Ensure all agreed deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and to an optimal level
    of quality

    • Provide a second line of support to users
    • Identify and resolve technical issues
