Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing platforms to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as product, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously explore new opportunities to enhance the company's online presence and reach.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, including content creation, user experience optimization, and search engine rankings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies, influencers, and content creators, to support and amplify digital marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to digital marketing and data privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and strategy development.
- Proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to digital marketing, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Creativity and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop unique and engaging digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

₹20, ₹36,709.03 per month
