Overview:

TheTelecaller plays a crucial role in our organization as the firstpoint of contact for potential customers. They are responsible formaking outbound calls to individuals or businesses to introduce ourproducts or services generate sales leads and provide informationabout our offerings ultimately contributing to the companys bottomline.

KeyResponsibilities:

Make outbound callsto potential customers
Understand and promotethe companys products or services
Setappointments for sales representatives
Followup on leads
Handle customer questions andobjections
Maintain a record of calls made andresults achieved
Meet daily weekly and monthlycall quotas
Provide feedback on the efficiencyof the sales strategies
Update customerdatabases with contact information
Listen tocustomer requirements and present appropriately to make asale
Work closely with the sales team todevelop sales strategies
Adhere to alltelemarketing regulations

RequiredQualifications:

Minimum qualificationof 12th grade plus.
Femalecandidatespreferred.
Excellentcommunication (English and Kannada) andinterpersonal skills.
Strong salesaptitude.
Ability to handle rejection andremain resilient
Ability to learn aboutproducts and services and describe/explain them toprospects
Ability to multitask set prioritiesand manage time effectively
Strongproblemsolving skills
Persistence andperseverance
Good listening skills and strongcustomer focus
Ability to work underpressure
Good organizational and negotiationskills
