Position - City Expansion Associate (only for freshers)
Work location - Sector 62, Noida

Work days & timings - Monday to Saturday, 10am - 7pm


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our recruiting team.

As City Expansion Associate, you would be responsible for overseeing the entire process of establishing our firms (Recruiting Genie LLP & Accounting Genie LLP) presence in the city.

Your role would include market research, identifying potential opportunities and challenges, developing a strategic plan for expansion, and executing the plan in collaboration with operations team.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting market analysis to assess the demand for recruiting and accounting services in the new city.
  • Identifying competitors and understanding the local business landscape.
  • Establishing partnerships with local businesses, community groups, training institutes and universities to build a network and gain visibility in the city.
  • Organizing and attending local events and conferences to promote recruiting and accounting services.
  • Keeping track of local trends and industry developments to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Utilizing social media strategies, and local advertising to reach potential clients.
  • Creating and distributing content relevant to the local audience, such as blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Monitoring the progress of the expansion and making adjustments as needed.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of the firms.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Ability to operate in fastpaced work environment with integrity and accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate and build relationships.

Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
