Responsibilities:

Actively participate in online bidding platforms.
Draft compelling project proposals and gather requirements.

Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Lead negotiations and ensure successful bid closures.
Provide insights for bid improvement based on feedback and trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bidder, Bid Executive, or Bid Coordinator.
Proficiency in online bidding and crafting proposals/bids.
Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelance, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft persuasive proposals and understand project management.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
