Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm


Language Requirement:
Hindi, English and Tamil


As a Driver Sourcing Executive at
Lithium Urban Technologies Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to source qualified drivers for the company.

You will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to final selection.

Your role will require strong communication skills in Hindi and either Kannada or Telugu, and English depending on the language preference mentioned.


Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Recruitment Experience: Prior experience in recruitment is required.

Salary:
INR 25,000 per month (in-hand)

Job Responsibility: The primary responsibility of the field recruiter will be to hire four-wheeler drivers for Lithium Urban Tech Company.

Travel Reimbursement: Please note that travel reimbursement will not be provided by the company.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Fluency in Hindi, Tamil and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
