  • 1. Supervision and Management of contract staff (Housekeeping, security, pest control, food and beverages etc Ensuring basic facilities are wellmaintained and conducting proactive maintenance 3. Planning for the future by forecasting the facility's upcoming needs and requirements 4. Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects 5. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc. 6. Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations

  • 1. Operational and property management skills 2. Wellversed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Team Management 5. Create and Manage facility budget 6. Focus on team member growth 7. Time management 8. Basic computer skills Database management, presentation software, social media skills, MS Office etc...
