What is the job like ?:
- Work with fellow designers, product managers, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive and beautiful experiences that our users love.
- Understand users and their needs through market analysis, user research, usage analytics, and feedback.
- Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
- Work on a feature end to end from the design side from creating personas, storyboards to wireframes, high fidelity mockups, endtoend flows and clickable prototypes.
- Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, stakeholder feedback, and more.
- Strong understanding of interaction and visual design concepts.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, user journeys, specifying interaction details, etc.
- Professional proficiency in highfidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Love working with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow.
- Care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it is pixelperfect.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
