At Champions, we believe that every child is a little champion in their own right and we are here to help them unleash their full potential.

Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to the needs and interests of kids aged 1-15 years, offering a wide range of activities that will keep them engaged and entertained.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and face of our studio, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your excellent communication and convincing skills will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

Engage with our valued customers and provide topnotch assistance, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
Demonstrate outstanding communication and convincing skills to provide accurate information, promote our services, and address any issues that may arise.
Maintain a positive and welcoming tone to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our customers, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional service.
Maintain proper database in the CRM regularly with queries from different channels.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Strong convincing skills to effectively promote our services and address customer concerns.
A warm and welcoming tone that embodies the essence of hospitality and ensures customers feel valued and appreciated.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fastpaced environment, ensuring every customer receives prompt and attentive service.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
