Responsibilities:

Oversee the Sales Funnel:


  • Ensures leads are moving through the organization's sales funnel smoothly.
  • He/She should be tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data and give recommendations for how to improve the funnel's performance.

Sales Process Support:


  • Assist in streamline sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for the sales team, provide administrative and operational support.

Data Management and Analysis:


  • Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics and generate actionable insights for the sales improvements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline analysis, conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of sales forecasts and targets in alignments with organization goals.

Process Optimization:


  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales operational efficiency.
