Update the issued quotations in the Master File.

Receive client referrals from Management.
Collect joinery details of those leads referred by Management.
Coordinate with quoting team and issue quotations to Management before submitting to referred client.
Coordinate with quoting team & make revisions as per the intimation from management.
Revised quote is issued to respective client.
Follow up with the client for finalizing the quotation.
Follow up with the sales team to get the project confirmation report of the awarded projects after filled either by sales executive/customer.
Share the project confirmation report in the awarded projects group in WhatsApp.
Enquire with sales executive & crossverify color customer finalize.
Enquire with sales team regarding the site status for taking measurement & if the site is ready intimate the same to Project Coordinator and share the draft quotation & location of the site.
Follow up with the quotation team for final quote, once final measurement is issued.
Enquire with sales team regarding customer confirmation on final quote.
Follow up with the quotation & design team regarding the preparation of cutting list
Follow up with project team & production team regarding production status & the estimated date of delivery.
Participate in daily/weekly departmental meetings & reviews.
Adhere to organization's SOP and policies.
Maintain High level of professional etiquette and upkeep Goodwill of Dorfen Global.
Submit leave request to HR Manager
