Description
Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and completing the work
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
- Conduct preventative maintenance work
- Conduct followups on all maintenance and repair work
- Purchasing necessary items relating to maintenance and admin
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, plumbing etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management skills.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (essential)
Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
