Role Overview

We are looking for:

Ensuring full adherence to all safety protocols according to site and company standards.
Material characterization by Mechanical (UTM, Impact tester etc.), Thermal (DSC, TGA),and Surface (BET surface area, Contact angle, surface tension etc.) techniques.
Timely delivery of data and communicate to stakeholders with conclusion and recommendation
Taking ownership of the instruments by keeping it in good health and routine maintenance
Write technical report and presentation to the stakeholders

The incumbent will have the opportunity to develop their skill set in a global company and project work, working with a dedicated professional team of personnel.
There is much opportunity to work on simplification and improvement of site systems and data management.
In the longer term, you will be wellplaced to take on a more senior staff or Management position.

You will bring:

Masters in Physical Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical engineering, Physics.
Industrial experience in Polymers or Material science field is a plus
Deep understanding of safe work environment protocols
Hands on experience with instruments like UTM, Contact angle, surface tension, DSC, TGA,etc.
Digital mindset to improve analytical efficiency
Report writing and presentation
Fluency in English for both written and verbal skill
