Department - QMS Operations
The Position
- Perform data corrections in novoGloW.
- Maintaining the master data, master keyword lists and profiles in novoGloW.
- Participate in User Acceptance Test and PQ in novoGloW releases.
- Training and onboarding of new novoGloW supporters and adhoc support to other processes in novoGlow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Overall, 4 to 5 years of experience working in a global corporate company.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience or thorough Knowledge with nonconformity/Deviations, Change Control, Audit, CAPA processes
- Prior experience working with Veeva platform or other similar "Quality and compliance management IT systems" will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supporting workflowbased IT systems and QMS processes.
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and Oral).
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understand the overall elements and regulatory requirements regarding the quality processes in novoGloW.
- Demonstrated impact of knowledge about different cultures.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
About the department
NovoGloW operations is an extended team from Denmark. We provide end-to-end functional support to the end users of NovoGlow IT System (Platform for Quality and compliance management). We work closely with HQ in system releases and Go-Live activities. We also support system Maintenance in terms of Metadata maintenance and provide QualityNow support.
