NamasteThe DAV Group - Chennai, functioning under the aegis of Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 1500 plus which includes 1,200 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked amongst top 15 schools in the country.
In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into Higher Education with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts & Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai.

Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive for our Facilities and Administration Department to oversee the efficient operation of our office facilities and administrative functions.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace environment and support the needs of our executive team and staff.
Requisites
- Graduate degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in facilities management, administration, or related field
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
