Must have RPA (Automation Anywhere skills and support knopw how)

Must have worked on RPA(Automation Anywhere) Control room support and monitoring
Should have windows platform

- knowledge and remediate any issues from this while RPA bot run fails.

Incident Management/Operations Support
Take lead in perform defect triaging in Production Environments and take point in all P1, P2 critical issues and work on RCA to provide solution.
Perform triaging, analysis and resolution for SNOW submitted tickets for noncode fix issues for enterprise RPA
Provide daily updates and resolution of tickets for enterprise Robotic ServiceNow assignment group.
Perform production checkout activities after production releases, infrastructure maintenance, scheduled recycles and fix releases.
