Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be a vital part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets that communicate our brand's message effectively.
Your creative expertise and design skills will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and enhancing its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design:
Develop visually compelling and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, brochures, packaging, and website graphics.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Print Design:
Design and prepare print materials, such as flyers, posters, business cards, and product packaging, ensuring they meet printing specifications.
Photography and Illustration:
Incorporate photography, illustrations, and other visual elements into designs when required.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs align with established brand guidelines.
Project Management:
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and managing workflow efficiently.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit visual content.
Feedback and Revisions:
Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary to refine designs and meet project objectives.
Stay Current:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
