Experience: 1-3 yrs

  • You will be responsible for understanding the nuances, interpreting, simplifying and assisting in the preparation of legal contracts and Compliance Databases on a global scale including understanding, tracking, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local, code compliance rules, ordinances, regulations.
  • Draft external privacy notices and disclosures, and manage/update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global laws bearing on privacy and cybersecurity.
  • Proactively tracking regulatory changes across the geographies & building the compliance database and contract repository.
  • Demonstrate effective research skills and the ability to prepare research memos using the latest online resources available especially w.r.t the global privacy regulations.
  • Assist in drafting various agreements, contracts, and documents such as NDA, MSA, software licensing agreements, and EULA especially related to SaaS/ cloud computing.
  • Advising and assisting the Legal Manager for daytoday legal activities from contract drafting to research on privacy regulations applicable to Company.
  • Work independently with mínimal supervision and take responsibility, while being mentored by experienced Legal and Finance teams.

Qualifications:


  • LLB
  • LLM a preference
  • Additional Privacy certifications by reputed Institute will be preferred
  • Experience should be gained in a multinational company with significant exposure to corporate and commercial work consistent with the responsibilities described above.
